Troubleshooting CC Uploader
- Start with the local function - files are copied or moved to the local subfolder. Check if the names are correctly changed.
- Before launching, ensure that files can be correctly recognized by the auto-track feature - that is absolutely required! (Press name, Paper name!!!)
- Check files with manual upload if they are interpreted properly
- Check if you specified an extension for the file of the kind you want to transmit.
- Check Your Subscription for all Inspectors — If expire, renew it.

The current version supports the "Check for Update" feature (top menu) feature that is also activated the application is launched. We recommend using the most recent version.
